Be one of 448 more
The February fundraising deadline is already here, so if you're able to make one of the last 448 donations we need to hit our goal, you can click right here to donate.
February is a tough month -- not only because it's still pretty cold outside, but also because we have fewer days to do a normal-sized month's worth of fundraising. But that doesn't mean we need any less money to help our candidates define themselves to voters at this critical early stage of the campaign.
So if it seems like we're in a bit of a rush this month, that's why. Fortunately, thanks to so many of you, we're already in great shape -- but we just upped our goal to 55,000 donations, and if just a few more grassroots supporters can pitch in, I know we'll get there.
If you can, donate $10 or more before tonight's deadline to help put us over the top:
Democratic National Committee
P.S. -- You should see me in a leap year -- just the one extra day helps me breathe a little easier. But this is not one of those years, so chip in today.
This is our last chance to elect a Congress that will work with Barack -- if we don't get this right, we won't get another opportunity.
You can make sure we have what we need to win. Chip in $10 or more before the deadline at midnight:

I need 3,463 people to step up
But when I'm watching election results come in for my candidates, there's a lot more on the line than just a victory party. I'm talking about what our country will look like in the months and years to come.
So it's critical that we don't fall behind, and right now Democrats are seeing Republicans pull away in the money race. That means that we Democrats might not have all we need to win before Election Day.
Which is exactly why Democrats need 3,463 donations before midnight tomorrow night. Join us and pitch in $10 or more right now.
We've seen deep-pocketed Republican donors pour millions into these races in hopes of drowning out their opponents, and we're not going to match them millionaire for millionaire.
That's why we need to hit our goal of 50,000 grassroots donations before tomorrow's deadline. Otherwise, being behind in February will mean we are behind in March -- and by April we won't have a chance to catch up.
Losing in November is simply not an option. This is the last chance we have to give President Obama a Congress that will work with him, and the last chance to accomplish all we set out to do when we elected him.
Donate now to give Democrats what we need to win:
I'm asking you to stand with me
We've never solved one single problem in this country with less democracy. We've never moved forward with less participation.
It's not enough anymore for us to be against voting restrictions; we need to get back on that road forward and work for more and easier voting.
I'm joining with the Democratic Party to help launch our new Voter Expansion Project. If you're committed to expanding voting rights for everyone, will you add your name to mine?
If more people voted, imagine how much closer we could be to achieving all the progress you and I are out there fighting for. We could be closer to equal pay for equal work, we could be closer to equality for all, and economic opportunity could be closer for every American in every community.
I'm willing to bet that if more Americans had their voices heard, there would be less gridlock in Washington, too.
You want to know what scares the opponents of progress? The fear that more progress will happen if more people have their voices heard -- and that's why they're fighting to roll back access to voting across the country.
Today, I'm asking you to stand with me to make it easier for people to vote, to get more people registered, get them to the polls, and to make sure once they cast their ballot that their vote is counted.
Join me and we won't just change elections, we'll change history:
P.S. -- I recorded a video to talk a little more about the importance of the fight for voting rights. Take a look, and after you do, add your name to mine.

Can you be one of 50,000?
Early money is -- by far -- the most important kind, and right now the Republicans have more of it (frankly, a lot more of it) and they are willing to spend whatever it takes to take back the Senate and hold on to their majority in the House.
We're working hard to make the playing field a little more even for Democratic candidates -- and we're trying to do that on a grassroots level. That's why we've set a goal of 50,000 grassroots contributions this month, and we're pretty close to getting there.
Can you chip in $3 or more today, and get Democrats one step closer to closing the spending gap?
Although we're working with Democrats across the country to hire full campaign staff, bring together volunteers, and start registering voters, we're still in the early money stage of 2014.
And that's great news -- because we have the chance to give Democrats a fighting chance against the millions that will be funneled directly into beating them.
Can you help out? I'm confident that getting 9,067 donations over the next four days is an achievable goal, but that starts with you, and supporters like you, chipping in today.
Help us reach 50,000 contributions this month:
All the best,
Amy K. Dacey
Chief Executive Officer
Democratic National Committee
P.S. -- In all likelihood, in the time it took you to read this email, we'll actually need only 9,064 or 9,065 donations. Help keep that number shrinking.

We'll fly you out for this
But I hope you're thinking about a meeting with President Obama -- because there's a chance we can make that happen, and it's an opportunity that doesn't come around every day.
Today is the last day you can enter for your chance to pencil in a meeting with President Obama, and, for today only, every entry counts twice.
Chip in $3 or whatever you can before midnight to be automatically entered for two chances for you and your guest to meet the President:
Democratic National Committee
P.S. -- Don't worry about running late to your meeting with the President, because we'll fly you and your guest to D.C. and put you up in a great hotel. Don't miss your chance to get your name in the hat.
